1) What was your motivation for taking the Procurement Management course at ISI?
My main motivation was to gain a deeper understanding of modern procurement standards, practical approaches, and effective solutions in order to become more efficient in my day-to-day work.
2) What did you expect before the course started, and did it meet your expectations?
Before the course began, I expected a well-balanced combination of theory and practice, which was fully met. I received far more practical advice and experience-based examples than I initially anticipated.
3) Which topics or sessions stood out to you the most, and why?
The most memorable sessions were the analysis of real-life cases and the discussion of challenging situations. These sessions clearly demonstrated how well-planned procurement can work effectively even in the most complex and non-standard circumstances.
4) How did your perspective on procurement management change after completing the course?
The course helped me view the procurement process as more multifaceted. I now clearly understand the importance of proper planning, proactive risk assessment, and effective communication—not only for successful procurement but also from a sales perspective. Well-managed procurement forms the foundation for effective sales and, ultimately, overall company success.
